However, there are many concerns on whether foods being stored for a long period will lose its nutritive value. Hence to understand this, the Tamil News Digital has sought the opinion of Ms. Carolyn Stephen, a nutritionist from SP’s Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC).
