Sickly sweet: Drinks makers turn the anti-sugar tide in their favour

As featured on The Business Times, food process technologist Ruzaini Hashwam and nutritionist Carolyn Stephen from Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC) @ Singapore Polytechnic have opined on how different sweeteners in reformulated drinks affects the taste and our health.
